ELCC 106/Lecture/A - Learning Through Play | Credits 3.00
An introduction to the nature, value, and development of play in the lives of children is explored. The role of the early childhood educator is emphasized. Building familiarity with different categories of play and their importance in early childhood programs is highlighted. Observing, supporting, and extending play will be practiced through group and individual experiences.
