Whether a project is just starting, or it is near the end, project risk must be identified, defined, assessed, and mitigated wherever possible. In this course, learners will examine the overarching risk management process in project management and the various risk management strategies and activities that can be deployed to manage risk. A range of risk management strategies and activities will be presented based on industry best practices, tools and techniques.
